My Disney Dining Plan Tips: Get the Most for Your Money
When my family and I went on our first vacation to Walt Disney World, I had timed it so that we could take advantage of one of the best deals that Disney World runs all year… FREE DINING.
Of course, free dining was with the purchase of a resort and ticket package, so I got the bare minimum: a 7-night stay and 4 days of park tickets — just enough to visit each park. We were on a tight budget, so for a Disney vacation to be possible for our family, we needed to squeeze every bit of value out of it.
So started my research into the price of the Disney Dining Plan, running comparisons of retail food prices in the parks and resorts. I probably went overboard in my analysis, but it has paid off for years for my family (and my clients when I was a Disney Vacation Planner).
Of course, Disney is always changing things up, but lucky for you, I diligently visit every week or so to keep tabs on prices. Well, it’s more like tasting the latest seasonal cupcakes, but I always take note of the cost.
