Eating Keto at Walt Disney World

Eating Keto at Walt Disney World

I recently went on assignment for World of Walt to explore the world of low-carb and low-sugar food at Magic Kingdom.

While that might not sound like the most fun eating goal, it actually ended up being a challenging scavenger hunt for treats that tasted good, yet didn’t bust our carb budget.

Turns out that, amid the popcorn and cupcakes, there are actually some delicious options for those who are trying to stick to a junk-food-free diet while vacationing at Disney World.

I researched this one over the course of probably a few months because I’m always just taking photos of everything I eat in the parks. Pitching stories like this is great because I already have all the material needed and can just write up a round-up based on my experiences.

I stay honest with my food reviews at Disney… not all of the food is great, though it’s miles above other theme park food. I don’t spend a lot of money on souvenirs… my Disney dollars go straight to my stomach, so I know it’s important for people to know the real deal on the meals. Wow, that sounded like something Guy Fieri would say. I gotta go check for frosted tips.
